For minor campers in particular, an alternate contact who would be available by phone on short notice during camp week should be identified in the space identified. In the event of an issue arising, we will contact this number first. If no response we will then contact you.

If you are registering minor campers as an interested 3rd party - eg grandparent, please identify the parent/legal guardian contact information (email in particular) in the space identified.

For the Tots n Tunes, Canvases and Crescendos and Sound foundations programs age boundaries are rigid. You will not be able to complete registration for a camper who does not meet them. For other programs, please provide a justification if the camper age is outside the boundary.

NOTE - you will receive a verification email at the email provided when you create the account. (Check SPAM if it does not appear) You can continue to set up the account and add participants but you need to acknowledge the verification email within two days to make the account valid.
